Refund Policy

Hosting and servers

New shared hosting accounts can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment. VPS and dedicated servers are refundable within 48 hours if not used for production.

Domains

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers cannot be refunded once submitted to the registry.

Software and digital products

Licenses and downloads can be refunded within 7 days if the license has not been activated or the file has not been downloaded.

Development services

Development projects follow the milestones of the accepted quotation. Completed milestones are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Open a billing ticket from your customer portal with the invoice number and reason.
