Nova Accounting (MIS Nova) keeps the books for one company or several, and makes sure money reaches the books only after it is approved. Day-to-day work (customer payments, expenses, vendor bills, payroll) posts the vouchers for you, so your accountant reviews instead of typing.

Accounting

• Chart of accounts with group accounts and posting accounts, per company and currency.
• Manual and automatic vouchers; reports count only approved vouchers.
• Account ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, with a month-end checklist.
• Cost centres and departments; reversals instead of deletions, with a full audit log.

Sales and purchases

• Customers and contracts with payment schedules, customer payments and overdue reminders.
• Vendors, vendor bills and vendor payments.
• Office expenses by category and department, with approval rules; other income.
• Marketing team commissions calculated and paid out.

Assets and staff money

• Fixed assets by category with depreciation runs.
• Employee advances, loans and repayments, and monthly payroll that posts to the books (see Nova HR & Payroll).

Working together

Roles and permissions per company and department, "own records only" access for employees and marketers, approval requests, tasks with chat, notifications on the phone app, global search and Excel import for opening data.
