Nova Wholesale POS & Online Store

For wholesalers and distributors: buy and sell by the bag, carton and piece, keep wholesale and dealer prices, track customer credit, and take orders from your own online store.

Nova Wholesale POS is Nova POS with everything a wholesaler or distributor needs on top: packaging units, wholesale and dealer price lists, and an online store connected to the same stock, prices and customer accounts. There is nothing to sync between the shop and the store: an online order becomes a normal sale invoice.

Bags, cartons and pieces

Buy, sell and return a product in several units: rice in kilo, seer (7 kg) and bag (50 kg); juice in pieces and cartons of 12. Stock, cost and reports stay in one base unit.
Each packaging has its own barcode and its own purchase, sale, wholesale and dealer price. A bag can be 50 kg for rice and 25 kg for chickpeas.
Choose per package whether half a carton can be sold, or only whole cartons with the rest by the piece.
Old invoices never change when you later change a package size.

Your online store

A fast phone store in Dari, Pashto and English that customers install like an app, at /shop/your-name or on your own domain.
Put products online one by one, by selection or a whole category at once.
Prices and stock are checked on the server for every order; the customer's phone never decides a price.
Delivery areas and fees, cash on delivery, and product pages that Google can index (sitemap, Open Graph).
