Nova HR & Payroll handles the money between a company and its people, inside the same system as Nova Accounting, so every advance, loan and salary is already in the books.

Employees

• Employee records by department, with their own login to see their tasks and payslips.
• Each employee's running account: what they owe the company (advances, loans) and what the company owes them (expenses paid from their own pocket, unpaid commission).
• Employee receivables report.

Advances and loans

• Advances paid from a chosen cash or bank account and deducted from salary.
• Loans with approval, payout, repayments and automatic "fully repaid" status.
• Money received from or returned to an employee, all posted to the books.

Monthly payroll

1. Generate the month's drafts for everyone.
2. Check and correct earnings (basic salary, allowance, commission, bonus) and deductions (advance, loan repayment, tax or other).
3. Approve, then pay from cash or bank. Cancel or reverse if needed.

Employees see their own payslips. Marketing staff commissions flow into payroll automatically.
