1. Agreement

By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

3. Orders, invoices and renewals

Services are activated after payment is confirmed. Recurring services renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended after the grace period stated on the invoice.

4. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry (for example ICANN or AFGNIC). A domain is only registered once the registry confirms it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing or attacks on other systems. We may suspend services that harm our network or other customers.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep services available and data backed up, but you should keep your own copies of important data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the last 12 months.
